caught up at work, beat Kyle in scrabble, did my 2nd training run for the week, promised Ed I'd read another script and finish changes on the other two, watched a movie with Kelly, made a batch of "Ordinary Janet"'s ultimate brownies (these would have made Paula Dean jealous); had a great talk with my older brother Earl (aka: Uncle Bossman); checked in with Les (aka: Uncle Moonpie)-Go Cubbies!; piddled in the yard; had a beer with Bill at Old Venice.

I love Elvis. Well, his music anyway. His moves? Not so much.
Truth is, I love him too. Just didn't realize how much when I was young, the 60's changed all that. Say Jay, been meaning to ask you....do you know a guy named Anthony or his wife Raven up in Harrison?..if you do, let me know...they are in their early 20's.
Sorry, but I don't know any Anthony and Raven. Of course, they could be living next door and I still wouldn't know them. Unless Raven is hot and then I might know OF her. ;-)

Elvis was great, I love his music and movies. But I've never tried singing any of his songs at karaoke, why should I mess up the kings songs?
This evening I will enjoy some good old country music. The Jimmy Hoffman band is good.
It will justify my paying my dues at the Eagles.
